Women in Animation - Vancouver chapter

Women in Animation (WIA) has chapters all over the world, Vancouver being one of them! You have to pay for a membership (though they offer discounts for students!) They put on all sorts of interesting panels and talks, run mentorship circles, and have a talent database.

Women in Film and Television Vancouver (WIFTV)

WIFTV focuses primarily on live action film and TV production more so than animation, and are still a fantastic local resource. Volunteering for them is how I got my start in animation!

BONUS: Remember, we're just making cartoons and cartoons can change the world! This is a Pinterest board archive of articles and fresh takes on animation that I maintain.
